Rhenock/Aritar: 24th April 2011: The St. Joseph’s [Catholic] Parish of Rhenock/ Aritar celebrated Easter with great devotion and ardor this year. Easter, which is generally celebrated on the occasion of crucifixion and resurrection of Lord Jesus, conveys the message of hope and courage to the world. Hope to revive the frailties of world and courage to face the adversities that befalls on us. Rev. Father Francis Banerjee, the parish priest, vice- principal of St. Joseph’s school Rhenock conducted the holy mass along with Rev. Father Paul De’Souza, Principal of St. Joseph School. Brilliant electrical and candle lights that ornamented the church hall, enhanced the aesthetic atmosphere. Prayers were offered for global peace and condolence for the demise soul of Shri Satya Sai Baba,
Following the mass, a small feast was organized by the Parishioners as a mark of sharing love among them.
